I’ve moved around and traveled a bunch, so I have friends, family and connections in many places. I miss these folks! These relationships are filled with memories, rich histories and lots of laughs… I love the variety of gifts each relationship offers.
Since everyone is scattered, staying in touch is important (and sometimes difficult). The phone is my friend. But snail mail (which may die with my generation) can be such a wonderful, unexpected treasure. And a romantic tradition!
So make yourself a cup of tea and sit somewhere sunny… then send some love to someone you’ve been thinking of. Let them know they matter. Let them know you care. They’re probably longing for connection too!
