Typography, calligraphy and typographic devices have always intrigued me. Here, vintage textures, hand-cut type and typographical elements are layered over each other to create a striking message. Cyanotypes begin with coating a photo emulsion on watercolor paper. The prepared paper and the image are sandwiched under glass and then exposed in natural sunlight. This organic process produces the characteristic blue (cyan) color. The final image is created using 100% Cotton paper.
